Puppies are 6 months old,
Cici taking a break
When I looked at this picture, it reminded me of a picture of me and my brother when we were little. My father took a picture of us, with me trying to give my brother a kiss and the expression on Teddy's face is just like the expression on my brother's face on that picture of us as children.
How funny.
Cici, at the park
Enya who managed to have the leash wrapped around her
this was so typical Anatolian, all the puppies came when I called them through the gate - except Cici, who gave me a look that acknowledged that she heard and understood that I wanted her to come, then she matter of fact walked over to the car and proceded to take a nap in the shade of the car.
My sweet and handsome Teddy.

Something is blooming in the desert, this is Tamarisk also known as Salt Cedar. It's a plant that is not native to the area, but has taken over many areas at the expense of the native plants which cannot exist around these trees.
Teddy idolizes Nanuk (okay, that is my interpretation), he is most happy when he can hang out with Nanuk

Ayla and Enya playing, hard to tell in this picture, but they were both using lip licking, a calming signal in this picture,
Here Enya is licking her lips again
they love to grab each other by the neck
Enya trying to get Ayla's neck

Enya used to be pretty slow, but lately I see her zooming around after the other dogs and she is keeping up pretty good now. I think it's because Ayla loves to run so much, Enya runs after her and she is getting a lot more running practice than before when she was mostly tussling with her siblings.
Cici, Sammie and Teddy
Teddy
Which one is the momma dog? Cici loves to stand in the water bowl, the water never stays clean anymore because of that
Sammie just had to put one foot in the water. I think sometimes she just wants to make a point.

Teddy in the wind
The following pictures were taken during a recent sand storm. This was one of the strongest storms we have had since moving here, it even broke one of my neighbor's trees.
